Fletcher Jones Airport Parking and Shuttle Service
As a part of our Preferred Owner Benefits program, we at Fletcher Jones are happy to offer our clients a complimentary Airport Shuttle Service. Guests flying out of John Wayne Airport in Orange County are welcome to store their Audi here at the Fletcher Jones secure facility at 2172 South East Bristol St in Newport Beach, CA. At Fletcher Jones, we are committed to delivering a guest experience at the highest level and therefore, we have made some important adjustments to our Airport Parking and Shuttle services at our Newport Beach hub.
• Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location: The shuttle will now exclusively pick-up and drop-off passengers near the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level – Outside of Terminal B in between pillars 5 and 6, across the street.
Effective March 25, 2025, our airport shuttle will no longer provide transportation to JSX. Thank you for your understanding.

Monday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Thursday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
How It Works
• Reservations: While reservations are optional, we highly recommend scheduling them online here. Making a reservation will expedite your arrival process.
• Digital Check-In: To speed up the process, we’re introducing a digital vehicle walk-around and check-in procedure which you will conveniently receive a digital copy via e-mail for your convenience
• Service Appointment? Should your vehicle require service during your travel, please notify our agent during check-in so we can coordinate with your Service Advisor
• Return to John Wayne: Upon claiming your luggage, kindly give us a call at (949) 718-5300 to ensure your vehicle is prepared and ready for your arrival at our hub.
• Length of Stay: We are pleased to offer complimentary vehicle storage at our Airport Hub for up to 14 days. Beyond this period, a daily fee of $20 will be applied.
• Preferred Sticker: Access to this exclusive benefit will be verified with your Preferred Owners sticker in your vehicle.
