In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Tyler Dawson, our Sales Manager for Audi Fletcher Jones. Read about his journey below.
Growing Up Around Cars
While Tyler was growing up, his interest in the automotive industry grew from both his grandpa and dad working in the industry. He shares, “I watched how they were changing lives by helping each of their guests find the car of their dreams, and I wanted to follow in their footsteps.” His first job was washing cars for his dad on the weekends – since he did not have his license yet! – and he has now been in the industry for 14 years. He has worked a variety of roles within a dealership, including a porter, shuttle driver, sales and finance manager. Tyler says, “At Audi Fletcher Jones, everything we do is inspiring and the career opportunities here are endless.”
Favorite Part as Sales Manager
“The best part about being a Sales Manager is watching each of my Team Members grow! I hold my Team accountable, lead by example and work alongside them to push them to new heights.”

Outside of Work
When Tyler is not busy assisting our guests at Audi Fletcher Jones, he is busy spending time with his wife, 3 children and 3 dogs. He shares, “We are constantly at the playground! I also play T-ball with my son, play soccer with my daughter and I play video games!”
