In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Paul Abrahams, Sales Manager for Audi Fletcher Jones. Read about his journey below.
Paul’s Journey in the Automotive Industry
As Paul reflects on his journey in the automotive industry, he recalls a memory of his dad asking, “What attributes do you want in your job?” Paul shares, “I wanted a job where I believed in the company, believed in the product being sold, a supportive atmosphere, and where I was not at a desk all day.”
In 1999, Paul joined the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group at our flagship dealer, Fletcher Jones Motorcars, as a greeter. He then went onto work a variety of roles, including assistant, sales representative, and more. When Audi Fletcher Jones opened five years ago, he became sales manager. He says, “One of the great things about our company is that upper management offers guidance, direction, and support. If you have passion and desire, the sky is the limit.”
Why Fletcher Jones?
“The hands on approach from Mr. Jones is amazing. It shows the organization is not out of touch with each of its dealers and we see ownership about twice a month. Fun fact: When I was younger, I sold cars side by side with Mr. Jones!”

Paul’s Favorites
1. Favorite Audi FJ Memory: The lifelong relationships I have built over the past 25 years! I have seen our guests become grandparents and more.
2. Favorite Guest Amenity: Our complimentary car wash, where our guests can sip on hot coffee while their Audi is treated to a wash. The complimentary airport shuttle & parking is a close second.
3. Favorite Audi Model: The Audi Q5e – a hybrid SUV – where you have the benefits of short-term EV power for going to and from work; for longer trips, there is the gasoline option. This Audi is the best of both worlds.
4. The Audi Fletcher Jones Expansion: We will have a dedicated Audi e-tron® space now, allowing for more space to show the exciting opportunities of electric vehicles. We will also have more service bays, opening the door for even more Audi service.
Outside of Work
When Paul is not busy assisting guests, he is riding his bike or watching soccer. He says, “My favorite soccer team is the LA Galaxy.”
